How do I register?
Click ‘REGISTER YOUR PLACE’ button at the top of the page. Once you have completed the registration form, you will receive a confirmation email with your booking information. Please note, more information will be released closer to the event.
What does it cost to attend?
Attendance at the event is free, including all programming and meals. Participants are responsible for the costs of their accommodations and travel expenses.
The Commonwealth Fund has secured a special rate of €205/night at The Hoxton, Poblenou (The Event Venue and Hotel). In the registration form, indicate your expected number of nights for planning purposes; this does not reserve a room. After the registration deadline, you will receive instructions to book your hotel.
Travel stipends (€1000 – 1500) are available for those from Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore. To apply, fill out the registration form and answer the questions about travel stipends.
What time are sessions and activities taking place?
Thursday 13 November 19:00 - 22:00: Evening Welcoming Reception and Dinner.
Friday 14 November at 08:00 - 17:00: Day 1 of insightful sessions, networking and workshops. Followed by a dinner in the evening.
Saturday 15 November at 08:30 - 17:00: Day 2 of insightful sessions, networking and workshops.
Saturday 15 November at 20:00 - 22:00: Evening event
Sunday 16 November at 08:30: Breakfast and departures

Can I have someone accompanying me?
The program itself is for Harkness Fellowship Alumni. We aim to include your guest in select meals depending on capacity and purpose (i.e., not at working/networking lunches), however we are unable to provide information at this time to what extent they can be included, until after the registration deadline.
